Exchanges are free and easy. We offer free return shipping on all exchanges either for wrong sizes or incorrect design. Simplify fill out the exchange form and then a pre-paid shipping label will be provided. Just print out the label and ship. When we receive your item, we’ll ship out the item for your exchange.

Returns are simple. Simplify fill out the returns form and then a pre-paid shipping label will be provided. Just print out the label and ship. When we receive your item, we’ll refund you the only purchase amount of the socks minus the cost of the any initial shipping amount and return shipping cost. We recommend using our label but if you would rather pay for your own return postage, please keep in mind that prosocks is not responsible for any lost packages. We suggest using a carrier that has tracking information.

Prosocks are guaranteed for 14 days after purchase date. If any issues arise during that time, the item can be returned for a full refund or exchange. The item must have been purchased from prosockscom. Exchanges are limited to one exchange per order. Used items or damaged by misused items cannot be returned. In the event that a used item is returned, you will not receive a refund.
